- 1/4 c wheat free soy sauce
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 6 finely chopped garlic cloves
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over beef, venison, elk or moose steaks. Marinate all day in the fridge turning occasionally.
2. Drain marinade and grill or broil steaks until desired stage of doneness is reached.
