Hi, my name is Marcie. I’ve enjoyed cooking, collecting and creating recipes for the past 30 years. I started this recipe site to share my favourite and most requested recipes. They have been tried and tested by my willing husband, children and friends and only the best are published here.
I no longer use wheat flour in my baking or cooking due to a sensitivity to wheat so most of the recipes are either gluten free or can be made gluten free with one or two substitutions.
I still miss wheat products but through trial and error I have found alternative foods and substitutions that taste pretty good. I’ve added a page listing the best gluten free products I’ve tried.
One thing you will notice about my recipes is that I tend to use less fat in my cooking.
